Emphasizing the Right Priorities

Emphasizing the Right Priorities

Being an entrepreneur means you are constantly required to prioritize. Limited budgets, resources and time and the high demands (from yourself and others) to produce results are always present. William Blake said “I will not Reason & Compare, my business is to Create”. So, we encourage you to be in the business of Creating, to nurture a Company (not simply one product or service idea) that can sustain. Therefore, it is important, from day one, that thought and practice are given to building an idea-independent business model.

There are many benefits to starting with this model as opposed to one that is rigid and singularly-focused around one idea. Several reasons include the ability to respond to new opportunities should the original idea falter, using certain attributes of the Company for different purposes (and other markets), and the immediate ability to be diversified. For this type of model to be established it is key that you (the entrepreneur) are focused on optimizing abilities to make decisions. One way we facilitate this is by helping you focus on continuous improvement instead of theoretical assumptions. Another way is by helping you focus on the business “issues” instead of the business plans.
